While we do recognize and value positional leaders, our leadership believes that everyone is a leader and has influence.
The responsibility of the kingdom of God rests on all believer's shoulders and this belief influences the way we lead at GCC.
Anyone deliberately doing the work of God has incredible value and purpose. God has partnered with and given the mandate to every believer to spread the love and knowledge of God to the world around them. The leaders at Grace Community Church strive to cultivate and affirm this process.
